 Tae Kwon Do Classes: Our Tae Kwon Do classes are for everyone; kids and adults, male and female. Whether you are interested in doing classes just for fun and exercise or for getting into peak condition for national tournaments, World Class Tae Kwon Do of Central New York is the place to be. Worldwide Recognition: World Class Tae Kwon Do Schools are members of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) and all our black belt students receive their Dan Certificates directly from the Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters) in Korea. Because of this, our black belt students are recognized as such at any WTF school or organization anywhere in the world. If you start your training with us and are forced to move out of the area, there is a good chance you will be able to pick up your training where you left off at another WTF school.
Master Sun Chong's Tae Kwon Do Center is more than just Tae Kwon Do classes. We offer a variety of programs for kids during both the school year and summer break. In addition to Tae Kwon Do, there's swimming in our heated pool, basketball on our full-size court, arts & crafts, and much more. Here are some of our current programs:
After-School Program: Offered at both our Fayetteville and North Syracuse location, our after school program will keep your kids busy after school in a healthy, safe environment while they learn Tae Kwon Do and participate in other fun activities. Kids love this great alternative to normal after school day care. As a parent, you'll love having a dependable after-school care provider that gives your child the perfect outlet for expending pent up energy after school. As an optional feature, we'll even pick up Fayetteville-Manlius, Cazenovia, Jamesville-Dewitt, Cicero, North Syracuse, and Liverpool students in one of our vans right at their school.
After-School Swim Program: During the summer, we offer a swimming program that will run Mondays through Fridays at our Fayetteville location. We will pick your child from school and bring them to Sun Chong's Tae Kwon Do where they will receive swimming lessons in our outdoor pool. Parents pick up their kids after the lesson.
We make pick-ups at Fayetteville-Manlius, Cazenovia, Jamesville-Dewitt, Cicero, North Syracuse, and Liverpool schools.
Summer Camp Programs: Day camp for kids has never been so much fun. Three hours of Tae Kwon Do instruction plus lots of other games and activities. Our fully licensed Fayetteville camp provides fishing in our on-site pond, swimming in our on-site heated outdoor pool, basketball on our outside courts, soccer, dodge ball, and many other supervised activities. We also have WSI certified swimming instructors for swimming lessons. There is also Summer Camp program at our North Syracuse location. Don't let your child spend the summer wasting away in front of video games and the TV. Our exciting camp sessions provide both mental and physical challenges in an atmosphere of fun.
