Testing at North Syracuse
The next test date is Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 6:30 pm. (No Evening Classes).
Six Hour Class for Red Belts and Higher
The last 6 Hour Course was held on October 24, 2008. The next course date will be posted once it is scheduled.
Black Belt Testing
The last Black Belt test was July 22, 2008. The next test date will be posted once it is established.

November 26, 2008: Last day for bicycle pick-up
NOTICE TO PARENTS: We have all bicycles that have been left here since summer lined up in front of the building. Please take your child’s bike home with you before thanksgiving! Any bicycles that are left here after that time will be donated to the Salvation Army.
November 27, 2008: CLOSED for Thanksgiving
The dojangs will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 27th!!!
SCHOOL IS CLOSED November 27 through November 30 except for special events (MOVIE NIGHT ON FRI. & KICKBOXING ON SAT.)
November 28, 2008: Movie Night at Fayetteville
On November 28, 2008 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, enjoy a kid free night of Black Friday Christmas shopping while your kids enjoy “Kung Fu Panda” (or possibly "The Incredible Hulk")! There will be pizza, popcorn, drinks and tons of fun!!
November 29, 2008: Kickboxing Intro Class at Fayetteville
Master Biviano will be holding a special introductory kickboxing class from 10—11:30am on November 29, 2008. It will be a bit more instructional and slower paced than our usual class, but will last longer so everyone will get the most out of their workout! This is a perfect time for all your friends who think they “can’t do it” to see what they are missing!
December 5, 2008: Board Breaking Seminar at Fayetteville
Board Breaking Seminar beginning at 5:30 pm on Friday, December 5th, 2008. Come & learn the correct techniques for breaking boards!!
December 6, 2008: Special Fight Team/ Sparring Class at Fayetteville
There will be a Special Fight Team/ Sparring class on Saturday, December 6th – 1:00 – 2:30 pm at the Fayetteville dojang. This will be a good way to get ready for the Holiday Tournament & learn some new sparring techniques!
December 13, 2008: Annual Holiday Tournament at Fayetteville
The holiday tournament is Saturday, December 13th, 2008. This year there will be poomse, breaking AND sparring events! There will be a detailed schedule posted so that you know when your belt level will be competing! Trophies & medals for everyone!!
December 19-20, 2008: North Syracuse Flag Football and Sleepover
Mark your calendar for Friday-Saturday 12/19-12/20. North Syracuse Holiday Sleepover and FLAG FOOTBALL GAME for all North Syracuse and Fayetteville students/families. Parents, get some last minute shopping done on Friday night and pick up in North Syracuse on Saturday. Then, JOIN US AT THE LOCAL PARK FOR A FLAG FOOTBALL GAME WITH BURGERS, DOGS, AND HOT CHOCOLATE!! Kids, invite your friends to join us. Cost for the sleepover is $40 for students. Friends are $20. 6pm Friday - 11:30am Saturday, with flag football game to follow at area park. North Syracuse - Private Lessons
Call North Syracuse and ask about our Private Lesson Packages. Monthly programs tailored to your individual schedule and needs can be set up as a supplement to your training. Take your TKD to a new level with regular private lessons. Three month, six month, or one year programs or longer can also be set up for those who wish to train only in a private lesson setting, or just want to gain that extra edge. Private lesson programs are also a great way to intoduce new people to Tae Kwon Do. Purchase a private lesson package today for yourself or someone you know. Call 452-0771 for more details.

NEW PROGRAM FOR KIDS: Li'l Dragons
Li'l Dragons TKD classes for 4 and 5 year olds are on Saturday at Fayetteville from 12:30 to 1:00 pm. Lil’ Dragons is a beginner Tae Kwon Do program for 4 & 5 year olds. This is an introductory level class preparing students for regular TKD classes! Cost is $49 a month for new members or $39 a month for those who already have a family member in TKD. Includes special "Little Dragon" uniform. Parents welcome to assist their children in class.
NEW PROGRAM FOR ADULTS: Kickboxing Aerobics Class
This is a great workout for adults set to music. No experience with martial arts is required. See the Fayetteville dojang schedule for class times on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Cost is $10 per class for non-tkd students or $5 per class for TKD students. Or, you can pay $45 per month for unlimited kickboxing classes each month. Bring a water bottle and wear workout clothes. You may go barefoot, wear tkd shoes, or carry in a CLEAN pair of sneakers to the mat floor. Dress in layers because the dojang is chilly in the morning.
North Syracuse Fitness Class Program Started.
Monday Night Fitness Class has returned to North Syracuse as of September 8, 2008!! This time the class will be taught by
Miss Rathbun. The cost is $5 per class. Anyone who has been to any class that she teaches knows what a motivating, energetic, and intense instructor she is. GET READY FOR THE HOLIDAYS, GET IN SHAPE, AND FEEL GREAT!!!
The class is for ANYONE, so invite everyone you know. Wear light comfortable workout clothes and gym shoes or bare feet. Fitness class will be EVERY Monday at 7:30pm.
North Syracuse is pleased to announce two new classes being offered.
1) North Syracuse Fight Team will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 5 PM - 6 PM. It will be taught by Ms. Biviano and Mr. Swizdor. These will be held in 8 week sessions. Prepare for a great workout! Fight Team cost is $40 per person.
2) Master Petraroja is now teaching a North Syracuse Sword Poomse Class immediately following Black Belt Class on Wednesdays at 8:00 - 8:30 PM. This class is for 2nd Dan and higher only. Master Petraroja teaches a wonderful class and we are proud to have him teach the Sword Poomse to us.
Fight Team at Fayetteville
Mr. Randall's current Fight Team class started November 11th, 2008. This is an 8 week program that you must sign up for. The cost is $40. You will learn new fighting techniques, practice new sparring drills and have the opportunity to travel to various tournaments. PLEASE NOTE* You cannot join in the middle of the 8 week session. The next FIGHT TEAM start date will be announced once it is scheduled. Check out our FIGHT TEAM page.
